Lather & Co. candle containers are perfect for saving and storing your small trinkets or plant a small plant...how about starting a tea garden.  We also make it easy for you to reuse our containers by offering candle refills. Our soap bags are also perfect for a lingerie sachet or bath tea.

Note: Jars and tins should be hand washed before reuse and not placed inside dishwashers. We do not suggest using jars/tins or any of our packaging for reuse as food storage or drinkware.

 

Cleaning your candle container:

1. Freeze the container -  Place the candle in the freezer for several hours or until it is frozen. The wax should pop right out of the container, but you can also loosen it with a butter knife if necessary. Scrape off any residue and then clean the container with soap and water.

2. Warm the container - Heat the oven to its lowest setting and line a rimmed baking pan with tinfoil or one or two layers of parchment paper. Place the candles upside down on the pan and place in the oven. The wax will melt and run onto the pan. Do not allow it to remain the oven longer than 15min. Carefully remove the pan and place on a heat-safe surface. Remove the candle container from the pan using a towel or pot holder. Wipe the inside of the container with a paper towel. Let the container cool and then clean with soap and water.
